UNCUT started with one rule: nothing gets cut. No polish, no edit, no version of the night that got tidied up before you saw it. The full thing, exactly as it happened.
Volume 1 put eight acts on one stage in Pétion-Ville and built the room around them — sound first, lighting second, everything else in service of the floor. The night ran until the room decided it was over.
It was the first chapter of an OLTL property built to travel. The format is fixed. The city is not.
